ARTWORK SYNOPSIS : JOE ORTEGA – Splash Murals with a grant from the City of Toronto, completed it’s sixth mural in the BIA. The artwork was contributed by local artist and business owner – Lula Lounge. Stretching a little West and further East of Lula Lounge, The Dundas West Business Improvement Area is a vibrant commercial and residential neighbourhood. It’s remarkable culture diversified, affordable and living friendly. That has made this area of Toronto an attraction to young families, artists and new Canadians.
